Aptly named. I envy that you live by a lake and are able to get the sun over water pics.

Here is one I took today. Can't decide if I like the B&W or color better...thoughts?




I'm hoping tonight gives me another fabulous display!

No question. The coloring of the blues and the whites, contrasted by the black is quite beautiful. The colored for sure.

Very beautiful photos Renee. You captured the beauty of your surroundings wonderfully! I too envy your location and view...it's awesome! Good job on these photos.

These are gorgeous

I definitely prefer the colour one of the second. That blue is gorgeous. The black and white looks washed out in comparison.

you guys all have such fantastic color- here's a maine beach shot that is tonal but expansive I think

there are actually to people on the beach to give it scale

You all have some very nice shots. Sunsets and sunrises are my favorite to look at.

Sometimes the (lack of) color is what you make it
(Sorry, these are actually sunrises, but the best example I had at hand)
