Actually, they're directional navigators for incoming aircraft. Now if we'll all just stand in two straight lines...

I figured it was a NYE thing, but the blue just makes it look like part of our heads rather than a hat!

heheh, mine's orange. just noticed that. (you would think after how many years I have been here, I would know these things.)

GeneralE has the best one I think. He looks like some kind of Grand Wizard, Count Dracula, or something.
