i'm not sure if the picture is capturing the feeling i'm looking for.. I am going for the rustic, antique look in this editting... did I capture that or should I do something different? The original is still on my memory card, I will have to go pull it up here soon so you can see what the difference is.. anyway, sorry if the picture is big below.. .i'm not a member so i have no idea how to size them down.. to fit on here..

I think the treatment is fine, the perspective just seems a little off. I tried a slightly different crop and it didn't help much. Maybe if you had just the side of the farmhouse with all of the tree, or a different perspective on the house. As it is, the image just "feels heavy". The post is spot on though! IMHO.

Nice shot! Can you perhaps clone out the tree that is next to the farmhouse to give a cleaner line to the house, as the tree blends into the house edge too much? Darken, or neaten up the ground by removing some of the broken branches? Maybe also crop the bottom off to get rid of the concrete porch?

I like the angle you chose though I think it would benefit from a wide angle lens (less zoom). Shooting from a lower vantage point and maybe even a little further away. Just an idea.

I like the toning and lighting.
