posthumous Many thanks for your comment. I have always liked this shot, but it has failed to get any interest here at all, maybe the shape, maybe like of eyecatching thumbnail, who knows . . but your comments are close to poetic.

Thanks for your time, glad you like it.

(I've done about five or six in this thread, will do more as they appear. Suggest others requesting "reactions" also provide their own to a shot or two as well!)

Per comments from Don and Jayson.

Thanks for the reactions to my image. Despite the impression it is having on the viewers, Clive is very much a part of the crowd, though the only Clydesdale in the bunch.

Thanks for the additional reactions to 'Clive'.

Now for my reaction. Please don't take this the wrong way as no opinion is incorrect. However, I have a question (or 2).

Isn't pre-visualization part of getting the image you want in the end? If a shot is not composed precisely in the viewfinder how we want it to turn out, isn't it just a snap shot?

Funny, I read your reaction first and thought, oh no, she's being too limited about what a photo can be, but then I read what you were reacting to and it made sense. I think there is room in photography for pre-visualized shots and the spontaneous candids that Arcady does so well.

Just finished this one yesterday for a client. Have a go with it!!!

I feel I need to add that the young man wanted a very formal and adult photo.
