I just did a shoot for a product that want a beach theme with a young couple at sunset. They wanted me to show intimacy and love. Give me your opinion if I captured this.

I think your shot does what you set out to do. Your exposure looks to be spot on and i like how you used the rule of thirds, this should allow for the product being advertised to be shown. My only concern with it is the models. The guy looks to be naked and it just doesn't fit the image IMO. However the look on their faces does show love and intamacy. Overall I like the shot and it should meet your purpose well.

Keeping your two keywords in mind, I didn't feel it when the picture completely opened on the screen. In these scene I'd be thinking warmer reds/yellows, but the sun is very bright. His watch isn't a good fit either.

It would have a more initimate feel if cropped so the couple were prominent in the frame. The flash lighting is a bit on the harsh side. Little less flash, little closer in and you'd feel more like you were there sharing their moment.

I tend to agree with naplesmusc..I did not feel, when I opened the photo, intamacy and love. I saw posed models, harsh flash, really bright sun....and the watch is rather distracting. I would crop the sun out...or reshoot and not have the sun in at all and have a real loving couple just acting naturally. I am totally into capturing a moment when the people do not know your shooting. It keeps the emotion real and it is obvious to the viewer what emotion is that has been captured. Well.....thats what I TRY TO DO!!! LOL This is only my oppinion and like advice it is free to be done with as you see fit.

I don't know if it is the flash or any PP that you did, but there seems like there is a bit of haloing right around the males right arm.

There also seems to be something missing to make it a really good shot. It could be a tighter crop or maybe less water or something.
