Also, the original CSI.

"Good Eats" and "Iron Chef" on Food network :-) I can't recommend the first highly enough for people who want to understand cooking; it's humorous and informative and frequently mind-blowing, if you're into that sort of thing. If you want to be a better cook, watch "Good eats". Even if you're already a good cook, it's frequently fascinating.

Nothing anymore, aside from football (American).

Back in the day Six Feet Under and Dead Like Me were my must sees...before that, Futurama.

I can't wait for the new Futurama episodes. Cartoon network has help revive to series. Family Guy is the other.

They aren't new episodes though. They are making 4 (I believe) feature-length films, to be aired on tv. After that, it's over forever. But I agree...I can't wait!

I can't think of anything on TV I really couldn't do without.
Rarely watch it with the exception of The Learning Channel, Discovery & History Channels.

I would tend to agree with Brad on this one... TV truly is not a big factor in my life.

I do watch the news however... it makes me appreciate the fact that I do have a rather nice and comfortable life.

English Premier League football live on Saturday mornings at 7:30, then another live game at 10:00 and another at noon.
Sunday mornings sometimes have a game live at 8:30 and always one at 11:00.
If there is a monday night game it gets shown live at 3:00 over here and the same with wednesday league games.
I can watch more live English football (soccer) over here (USA) than I ever when I lived in England!

They are making 4 films AND new episodes. Look at wikipedia for example:

"On June 22, 2006, Comedy Central announced that 13 new episodes were to be produced, to air with the reruns in 2008. Comedy Central also confirmed that Billy West, Katey Sagal, and John DiMaggio would return for the new episodes, with a 2008 debut planned."

"Bite my shiny metal a**!" ;)
