New website.
//kinkeadphoto.com

UPDATED September 21, 2006...

Two questions for you.

1. What is your initial impression of the website?

2. Does it look professional?

Any other helpful remarks are welcome and
appreciated.

Thanks for looking.
Jeff

The video clips are all blocky and pixelated, I'm not sure if that's what you'd want to represent your work.

I could make the slideshows high res but the file size
would be high also, I've got to figure out a better way.
Thanks for the honest opinion.

I think it might look better and more professional if you had some still images there, since that's what you're taking. Why not give them the option to view them as photos or as a slideshow?

the pictures are coming up really pixely

My initial impression on loading the site in Opera was that I saw an empty black page, what with not having a flash plugin or anything.

So after closing that browser and using IE instead, I found that the site loaded quickly enough, which is good.

I found it a bit odd that the testimonials came up over on the right hand side when I first came to the site. It's not something I expected to see. Nice touch, but I think it could be better placed on a seperate "testimonials / recommendations" page.

The contact me bit needs a form to fill in.

The rest is okay but, in general, I found the site to be a bit "busy". Can't really explain it much better than that I'm afraid.

I think I'm going to redesign the slide show with still pictures.
Maybe add a form to fill out, too.
Thanks for your opinions,
I appreciate you all taking the time to look and reply.

I love your sales technique! - That's an excellent idea having the customer testimonials appearing on the right-hand side like that.

Glad you like it.
Some others have said it irritates them.
Can't please everyone though ;>) LOL
Thanks for looking...
