I made my own cleaning device. I took a 1/4th inch wooden dowel. cut a small piece of lens cleaning cloth and attached it to one end the dowel with a small piece of two way carpet tape. blow a little hot breath on the sensor and wipe it very lightly, But first use a blower to make sure there isn't anything in there that will cause scratches. So far it has worked every time that I have needed to clean the sensor.

The Copperhill method is very popular, and it works great. It's really much easier than they make it sound.

I use the Copperhill method too, but everyone should beware this cautionary tale. Clean, but be careful.
