His son knows he isnt in a tournament this summer...but you never know if he wanted to go see one.

I am grasping at straws I know. Knew steve better than most here...trying to come up with something i might have overlooked in order not to think the worst.

Terry, have you called the hospitals to see if he's admitted somewhere - maybe a sudden medical emergency?

Can I ask if any of you live near I-17 and Peoria (or in that neighborhood?) Metro Sportz Bar will post a flyer but won't let me fax it... I'll go there tonight if nobody else can, just thought I'd see.

Also Erick, we are keeping a list of places we've notified so we can tell them once he's found.

I actually posted this yesterday. Glad you suggested it too. I thought I was being extreme as well.

Could someone share the news website link to the story when it airs? Or even share the video clip of the interview tonight?

I even checked this thread several times from work today hoping to see something positive. Hopefully he, or someone, will see the news and fliers and this will be solved.

The whole cell phone thing is a bit scary...if he was lost or out of range you shouldn't get that weird beeping.

Anyone checked the airport for his car? The easiest way would be to contact airport security, they can have an officer check all of the lots on their rounds for the car. That would help get some direction, or at least eliminate where he may have gone. Since you've got the missing persons report filed, they can confirm with the local authorities, etc.

Watching the thread closely, and hoping for good news to come soon.

Also check any impound lots for his car including the Police Departments impound lot. Sometimes cars a picked up and it takes days for paperwork to be processed and his car would be their but they would not show it.

Good News!
I just got off the 'phone with Daryl, and the Pinal County Sherrif's Dept. talked with him in the early AM of July 30. He was evidently out in the Superstitions waiting for a lightning storm. :-) :-) :-)

I am Steve's Brother-In-Law and want to thank everyone for being such good friends, his Sister and Son got into Mesa this morning for a few days and when I find out any news I will post it here.
