I have an unusual issue - wondering if it's happened to anyone else.

About a month ago, my viewfinder became "blurry" for lack of a better word. I see my red box to tell me it's in focus, but it still looks out of focus to my eye. The LCD panel shows the picture in focus however, and the images are fine. When I look through the eyepiece, the green numbers at the bottom are also blurry.

Anyone know what I should do? I know I'm probably going to have to take it in somewhere, but I really cannot afford to be without my camera... wondering if anyone has delt with this before to help me figure out what I'm up against.

TIA,

Laura

There is a dipoter adjustment on the side of the viewfinder that has gotten out of whack... just put your eye to the eyepiece and turn that wheel until it's in focus again... its' designed to be adjustable for those who wear glasses...

When you go to adjust it, I found it easier to concentrate on the display across the bottom instead of the image. When the display is sharp you are gold.

It's either the rolling knob on the side of the eye-piece or change/get glasses :-) My problem is that in focus for me is not zero on the knob - it must be wrong cause otherwise I need glasses and I am not ready to admit that just yet :-/
