My card was working ok but suddenly when i tried to turn on the cam it showed me this message "Warning!! This CF card cannot be read". And when i connect the card with the pc, it doesn't recognise it. Does anyone know what can i do for this? It's very important to save those photos!!! I know that card maybe destroyed, but i'm sure that photos are still there.
Thank you guys

You could try this software - its free , once you get to the site choose your language from the drop down menu and click on the smart recovery bar on the left

If that doesn't work, ZAR worked for me when nothing else would. You can Google it. It's also free.

If the controller on the card has failed, nothing will access the card. It may very well be that the controller is fine, though, and it's just the file system on the card that's corrupt. In that case, the software might very well be able to access the card. Doesn't hurt to try.
BTW, you *don't* want to format it. Although you will still be able to run recovery sofware on it if you do, and probably recover files, it will compliate the task and raise the risk of losing files.

Hi! If the CF card is not recognized in the PC or it is impossible to access the data on it, the controller on the card is damaged. There is only one way to get the data back, unsolder memory chips and directly access their raw data with a programable chip reader. Software can't help, that is a physical damage! Have a look at: CF memory card photo recovery. I have used Flash File recovery from Panterasoft.
