Came in 4th. My highest rated at 6.969.
Only problem was a "no editing rules" challenge that allowed for combining images to create a photo.
I think mine was one of the few that were actually straight images with minor adjustments.
Still my highest scoring shot.

Too many to list. :P
Seriously, I don't live in Iceland nor do I have DrJOnes type ladies hanging around so I don't think I've ever been at a point where I expected an image of mine to have ribboned. Scored higher yes but not ribbon. Those are left for the usual suspects. Oh damn, I was suppose to be serious. Nevermind. :P |

Love this thread - so many great images, some of the more memorable on the site, and of course the non-ribbon shots very rarely get the attention they deserve.
So here's another, just to keep things going ...

I never thought this would ribbon, but I had really hoped it would do better. It was for the Noise/Grain challenge, and I really love the shot, but....

This is one of my favorite self-portraits from that challenge, and i guess it's the most surprising placement i've seen.
But, i didn't even vote in that challenge... sorry.

Not a ribbon, but certainly should have done better than 589/610 in Duotones II:
Good Morning!
I think most people didn't understand what I was doing.

Maybe not a ribbon, but at least a bit better than it did. Oh well.
And:
My second highest score and 14th place!
Oh well, don't complain, Ursula. |
