which does anyone think best? is the colour on the eyes in the b/w too much?

| I really like the color. It has a very soft look where the black and white seems a little harsh. |

I like the color one better.

I like the B&W with the eyes, but then I have one very similar of my niece... . I like the eyes better in your though...mine are just a bit too overdone. I like the subtlely of your shot better. How do you select the eyes when you do this? |

| i like the color one better because of the loss of detail in the highlights in the B&W one. |
