Name that tune. Is anyone else having a total Monday? I can't wait to get home, put on the fuzzy slippers and make some comfort food. Meh.

| I had the most horrible monday. I'm so glad its over. The only great thing about monday is it only lasts 24 hours, even if it seems like 132. |

I felt the same. Then again, I feel like every day is a Monday. I would love to win the lottery! It's been rainy and miserable here today. Definitely a "curl up on the couch with a blankie" kind a day.
On a side note, I did have a laugh at lunch today. There was a pair of mallards and the 'mama' wanted some of my sandwich so I started tossing her a few little pieces of my crust. When I ran out she flew straight up (and I mean straight up!) and I thought she was going to come right in my window! She wound up landing on top of my car's sunroof. I was laughing so hard! Then she got down and stood at the base of my car door for about 20 minutes 'waggin' her tail feathers wanting more. I didn't have anything for her and the next thing I knew she was flying on my roof again! This time she landed where the windshield meets the roof and all I could see was a bit of her butt and could hear her little feet running as fast as they could go to keep from sliding down the wet window. She then flew back to the ground, stared at me for a few more minutes and then grabbed 'papa' and headed for another car. Too funny!

The Boomtown Rats song "I Don't Like Mondays" was inspired by a deadly shooting at a school.
