Got the new cd (a double album): Stadium Arcadium. Their first one in 4 years and was worth the wait. 28 songs and I'd say that 20 are great and 5 of which are instant favorites.

Check out the new video for Dani California. Pretty sick!

No doubt waz! Couldn't you watch him all night? How he kicks the ass of that bass guitar while he jumps around is amazing.

Without Flea there is no Chili Peppers. He is the creative force behind the band. For sure I could watch him but what I would love is the chance to JAM with him.

A boy can dream can't he?

Just yesterday I was jamming in my car to Aeroplane...stereo cranked up, just singing along like I knew what I was doing...but didn't realize how loud it (and I) was when I pulled into the faculty parking lot. Dozens of students were standing around, and several teachers...I got more than one stare and/or strange look. I was a little embarrassed, but then I just walked right into the building singing out loud "I like pleasure spiked with pain, music is my aeroplane, it's my aeroplaaaaaaaaaane!" ;)

I think she is referring to the second sequence in the video, Anthony does look like prince, but if you follow the timeline of the video, Im pretty sure it's a Hendrix reference..

buzzrock - What do you think of "Slow Cheetah"? My favorite on the set.

rex - I saw Tool maybe 6-7 years ago in Knoxville. Total weirdos man. Keenan wore a cone bra like Madonna and tounge kissed his band. Can't remember all the freaky stuff that went on that night but I haven't been able to watch them since :)

Also, I see you're from North Georgia. Anywhere near Dahlonega? I live in Tennessee but we have a cabin just up from 3 Sisters mountain on 19-60.

yeah...my first thought was Cream but it could be Hendrix.

I think it's Hendrix. I also saw (in no particular order) Bowie, Misfits, Beatles, Elvis, Nirvana, Motley Crue, T-Rex, George Clinton and the Red Hot Chili Peppers.

The drummer has Tommy Lee's style but Rikki Rocket's hairdo. Since Rocket hacked his style off Lee I'd say you're spot on with Poison. Kiedis looks to be styled up more like Vince Neil in the Theatre of Pain era than Bret Michaels. However, the bandanas on the mic stand are definitely Michaels.

God I feel like a dick for knowing all this.

There latest album sounds good however I'm not much of a fan in general. Probably because the radio plays their stuff so much that I want to pull my hair out and eat it. lol.

The new video is sooo funny! I really enjoyed it. I also recently watched the "under the bridge" video, and I think they've definatly come a long way in the video department....:O)
