Ran over a project that has turned a truck into pinhole camera - well nobody said they had to be small right :-) Clearly the first quote suggests some organic material was involved :-))

"One night in the summer of 1996, a young photography student named Shaun Irving and his room mate Don were discussing the possibility of turning their dorm room into a giant pinhole camera.

The dorm room camera never materialised, but the seeds of the idea that would later become the cameratruck had been planted. "

Pretty cool. From their write-up:
"The first pinhole photograph was taken by Scottish scientist Sir David Brewster but the pinhole effect was observed by the Chinese philospher Mo Ti in 5 BC and also Aristotle in 4 BC."
What they've really made is a camera obscura on wheels, and with film to record the results.

I saw this on one of those educational channels a few years back, only it was from a different guy. Perhaps this is the new trend?
