Ok, this is weird. I've noticed that during the day ( and night) when I look at any of my digital clocks, it's either 1:11 or 11:11 (stick time). I mean, it happens ALL THE TIME. It's not like I'm even aware it's close to those times. Oh, and a cartoon channel (Boomerang ) showing all of the old Hanna Barbara cartoons has come back to our cable network and my 10 year old and I love to watch it. And guess what the channel number is??

111!

AUGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

Anybody else have stuff like this??

Jutilda... this happens to me all the time as well and started freaking me out. LOL. So I searched if others experience the same crazy thing..

Not a fundamentalist here either.. but everything I read about the "11:11" phenommenon points to some sort of spirt world dealin's.

Not that there's not a spirit world, but when considering the odds of such occurrences you're not taking into consideration all the times you do NOT see 111, since you ignore those times. It's a natural phenomenon, there's even a word for it. But it escapes me right now.

I consider it part of a larger phenomenon in which one's mind tries to fit life into patterns. It's this same capability/attribute that makes us storytellers, poets, artists and photographers. The question is whether the outside world is conspiring with us or whether we are creating meaning out of complete chaos. Both possibilities are mindblowing.

Most of the time when our phone rings, call display shows the area code calling as 800. When I pick up somebody tries to sell me something.

I'm surprised you know that phenomenon! Every evening when I or my girlfriend look at her clock, it is 22.22 (yes, we're in europe)...

This happens to me with lisence plates...I ALWAYS notice a lisence plate with NFZ in it and it happens really frequently - different cars too. Never pay attention to any other lisence plates...just those ones.

Actually I believe there *are* patterns to license plate codes - not necessarily supernatural, though.

my clocks are always 9:11, its gotten to the point that if I know its around 9 I dont look!

Actually I do, although there's nothing supernatural about it - I hope.

I use Photoshop a hell of a lot ('scuse the pun) and often go to select a brush size by clicking randomly at the right end of the scale (large). Invariably - and more frequently than I imagine would be just by chance - I get a brush size of 666 pixels.

Hmm. And I've got this funny mark in my hairline that I found the other day...

But at the other end of the spectrum, if you ask these guys:
