It's back!

The One, The ONLY! DC NIGHT TOUR! Scheduled for the weekend of June 16-18!

No applause please, just throw money. :)

Events will include-

National Zoo
Eastern Market or Dupont Circle
possibly Arlington
Dinner at Pizzaria Uno

And of course, late night shooting at all the Monuments!

We are planning on doing shirts again this year, and possibly hats if there's enough interest.

Let's get the party started!

Can you fit that on a hat??

I'm interested, all depends on the timing.

Edit 5/1/06: For those doing the tally, I won't be able to make the date selected. Just didn't want to add a new post with the bad (for me) news. Ya'll have fun!

Very, very small type. :) Or really big hats.

That was such a great GTG last year!! I won't be able to make it this year, but HIGHLY encourage anyone who's on the fence about it to just do it!!

You guys did a great job in planning everything and DC was a great place and probably one of the best places to shoot at night.

Have fun guys!! :-)

I can't do the first weekend in June since I am doing a wedding in Richmond. Otherwise so far free.

Depending on the weekend, I may be able to come...

I'd like to come. It depends on if I'm in town or not. I can say for sure once the weekend is specified.

Yay! Weekend of the 17th is best for me so far. June 11-12 are definitely out for me. (Hoping I'm in my new place an hour away by mid-June.)

hmmm...I'd love to do it this year.
Last year I had that ugly corset and couldnt(it was a few weeks after back fusion surgery).

So far I only have one wedding on June 9th and have the rest clear.
How soon will you make a definite date decision?

I would root for late May over late June, except I think there's another VA meet at the end of May. It is seriously effing hot in DC in late June/July. If for some reason we couldn't do it in early June, I'd almost be tempted to go so far as to say wait for late September.

Put me on the list as tentative. Damn that ragamuffin and her tempting me!

May is Memorial Day and it's a pain in the tush. It needs to be warm enough that we can be out at 2am and not need coats. :)

September is out because of school. August is so not happening it's not even funny. :) Late July is out, and early July is out because of 4th of July stuff. Part of the fun here is being able to wander the monuments with few people cluttering up your shots.

There is method to the madness. :)

June it is. And I'm just waiting on a date confirmation from a few out of town prospects. :)

I'm from out of town! Can I confirm anything for you?

Add my name to the out-of-towner’s list. Maybe some of the other Toronto Area DPC’ers also want to make the trip. Can you say ROAD TRIP, it is only 900 km’s! (550 miles for the metric impaired)

I'll keep it in mind.
