I went to Las Vegas on business (yeah, right!) a few weeks back and was lucky enough to have Buddy Guy perform at one of my company's functions as a promotion.
I wasn't traveling with my DSLR but I always carry my Canon G2 so I thought maybe a couple of you that like Buddy Guy would like to see this.
I was literally 2 feet from him! I have a lot more but this one caught my eye the most. |

| Buddy rocks. He's the best blues guitarist I have ever seen in person. Looks like he's doing pretty well (I havn't seen him in years) but he has lost all his hair! If you have more shots I'd love to see them. |

I agree....I think he is the best blues player ever. He combines all the best of the old great styles like Muddy Waters with modern flair and his own style.
I think he started shaving his head in the last year or two. I know the feeling :-D
I have quite a few other very nice shots...just trying to get caught up with my editing but when they are ready I will post them here. |

Here's Buddy from October of last year.
Buddy Guy and his performance are animated and full of energy...quite the opposite of this quiet moment. |

| Buddy is the man! I gotta give the greatest ever distinction to Albert King or Freddie King. He is without a doubt the greatest living. Great picture. |
