Can someone tell me which is the best "Free" interpolation tool/plugin for photoshop available for download (and where)? Also it would be great if I can be pointed to "tutorial" on same.

Thanks for pointing me to site but I was not able to find much information on "free" and "good" interpolation tools from it. Anyway, google was able to give me something called "Irfanview" which is free and uses some good interpolation algorithm.
Looking for feedback on this tool if someone has used it or maybe some other good and free tool for interpolation.
