I was hesitant about buying a super wide angle lens for my 1.6 factor camera -- if I would be able to get the shots I wanted -- but I'm glad I splurged the money: the photos looks great! There's little distortion present at 10 mm (16 mm), and I'll get some great shots on it.

Note that the photos below were taken with the 580EX flash.

The Hound Dog is Great....Borrowed that lens for a day from a buddy, maybe this spring I'll pick one up.....you'll enjoy it.

I bought one before an overseas trip with the family in October and it is my very favourite lens. Great sharpness, contrast and handling. It's sturdy and has a metal mount. Sigma is fast becoming my lens of choice. I just ordered the 105mm macro and am waiting for the 100-300 which some say is as sharp as the Canon L's but we won't go there...

Most of my portfolio features this lens. I highly recommend it.

Superwide is such a great way to take pictures. I have loved wide angle since I had my olympus OM1 in the early days.

My bad... I forgot to mention the pic on top has about 40% crop. The second pic has no crop.
