I've been to a couple of countries, but never been to Antarctica or the Americas (North and South). I guess I'll just list it.

China

Egypt
South Africa
Thailand

Scotland
England
Burma (Myanmar)

Singapore
Indonesia
Australia

That should be it, but I'd love to travel more around Africa by the time I'm 25.

Antartica

I've been to some of these places only once and others many, many times...

My wishlist? I really want to go back to many of the destinations I've already been to.
Plus anywhere I haven't been especially where there's wildlife to be seen - I'm keen to visit the Arctic, countries in Africa that I've not yet visited, Finland (for the Brown bears), much of the Far East... Australasia - basically, my wishlist is looooooooooooong!

I am so envious. What took you all over?
01/03/2006 09:24:53 AM · #115
What took me? Nothing but a love of travel. I've made a few trips with jobs but not to countries I hadn't been to already anyways.

Some of those destinations were visited with my family during my childhood - my parents love travel too so we'd go on some great holidays - mostly when I was in my teens and my parents could afford more.

And the rest, a good proportion indeed, have been since then, a couple on my own and most with my hubby. We love travelling and a bloody great proportion of our income is spent on it. At the moment finances aren't as good as they have been so less is on the cards for this year but we're still dreaming, planning etc.

PS. Realised I missed one out so edited my original list.
