Thanks to whomever started the "songs that make you cry"--I was carrying a huge load of emotion over the week, and everyone at work was wondering what the f*** was wrong with me! :)

So, thought I'd start this thread. Hee hee

I forgot about The Passion. I actually didn't want to see it b/c of all the publicity and hoopla about it. But 20 minutes into the movie and I was crying and didn't stop till the end...just in time to run to my car really fast before someone else saw me.

Blazing Saddles - almost a guarantee to bring a tear.

One of saddness that comes to mind immediately is an oldie:
Brian's Song (James Caan & Billy Dee Williams version)

Other notables:
City of Angels, Beaches, Terms of Endearment, Mask, Pay it Forward, Patch Adams, ugh - got all mushy - gonna stop.

Could the night scene with the community arriving with candles be any more emotional? *gulp*

Oh, man, I cry all the time at movies, sometimes because they're really sappy, sometimes because the movie is so bad you just have to cry, shucks, I was crying during "I Robot" a couple nights ago, feeling all sorry for the poor feeling robot that was going to be killed.

But the one movie that I can't even watch because it makes you cry so much is "Joy Luck Club". That one is just plain too much. Just thinking about it makes my eyes go cloudy. Don't think, Ursula, it's bad for you.
