Took this guy at sunset today, he was just waiting to have his picture taken?! Don't ya think....

I love the litttle guys, but my wife makes me check the deck for them before she will go outside;-)

How about these guys? Eating all the crops, but making for nice subjects.

put 1/2 a can of beer in the garden. they will crawl in the can and drown.

Did you know that Cicadas only have a couple of weeks or so to live after they emerge from their shell? All that waiting for nothing I guess :)

Actually, I think they do that as they outgrow their 'skin'...like snakes do. I haven't ever actually caught one molting like that, though. Nice capture!

Could this have been considered a nude??? hehe
