Anyone know any kind of dance we can do to summon the cold front entities that be? ;)

Hotter than the hubs of hell here....only 84...says it feels like 94....but the air is sssooo thick....hate humidity...

Man, I know how you feel. It got up to an excruciating 75 degrees Fahrenheit today.
Edit: We went out on the lake in the paddle boat today. Very relaxing.

at least you only had 41% humidity! it was 97F here today with 80% humidity. ugh! DAYUM HOT!

| Here in Phoenix, AZ it was around 105F. Not sure what the heat index was. But that doesn't really matter here. It's just hot hot hot. |

the way I see it, once the actual temp gets above 95 its HOT, damp or dry heat, it dont matter, its just plane hot once it gets over 95*

that's true...and my monthly electric bill is proof of that. i'm gonna have to take out a bank loan if this heat doesn't break soon!

oh I know that feeling. our electric bill was $399.93 this time. plus we have a condo we are trying to sell and the AC is set to 80* with no one there and that bill was $108.
Im just glad school has started (wife is a teacher)so we can crank the AC up during the day at the house again. we have a digital programable thermostat and that really helps. I set it to set the AC to 78 when we are not here and come on 1 1/2 hour before we get home

You can have the cold weather we had the last couple of days - 11 and 12 degrees celsius (21 is room temperature).

Tallinn, Estonia today:
20 deg C (about 68 F)
blue sky, occasional cumulus here or there,
nice dry and warm weather.
But it's August, so it's gets dark at around 9.30 pm,
evening temperatures are down to 12-15 deg C,
fog in the mornings.
Quite nice for the most part. :-)

i'm not doing anything to make it colder. toronto gets 3 months or so of nice weather and im in no hurry to end it.

New Zealand.
Our first warm spring day, started out at 40 ish 70 by lunch, spent the day at the beach, cool breeze, wonderfull.

I only THOUGHT it was hot the other day... now it's 103 and the heat index is 108 right now... yikes!

itas actually been pleasently under 100 for the past 2 days.
It was pretty nasty on saturday & sunday though - even my snake was bothered by the heat. |
