For you Dr. Pepper Lovers a little trivia:
When Dr. Pepper first came out it had no name. And when people ordered it the simply called it?
Should not be hard to find the answer. And for you Texans it should easy to answer.

At work: Altered Diet Coke!
I like only the flavoured varieties: lemon, lime or vanilla. Normal diet coke tastes very chemically now. Lemon occasionally tastes chemically, guess it depends where it came from, or if I've been drinking the free not-coffee at work. (That's coffee that tastes nearly, but not entirely unlike coffee). Diet pepsi is just yuck, though I drank pepsi max for a while at Uni. Virgin Cola came in a nicely shaped bottle :)
I had a non-diet coke & a chocy bar to keep me awake through a very boring meeting on Monday, and had the shakes for hours afterwards. Note to self: must stop consuming sugar.
At the pub: Beer!!!
I'm partial to a drop or two of real ale, btw. A good pint of Hopback's Summer Lightning goes down a treat on a warm summers evening! speaking of beer, I'm off to the pub! (I was going to take some photos on this glorious evening, but hey!)

from my friends and family (a.k.a.health fanatics R us, and some best selling authors) a diet drink of any kind is much worse for your health than the regular stuff. besides,carbonated drinks of any sort block calcium absorbtion...
either way, on that note...i think they both taste exactly the same:-) |
