I just switched from one camera bag to another - about the third time I am switching. With the variety of things I have carried (little flashlight, paperclip, plastic bag, in addition to the expected things), I was wondering what others carry in their bags. Do tell....

I have two bags. A lowepro mini trekker AW and a Lowepro over the shoulder bag which is a good bit smaller. Lately, I've just been throwing my camera in the shoulder bag and running out the door. I usually leave my 75-300 at home because I think it produces results that leave a lot to be desired (but that's another story).

Anyway, back to the topic at hand. I just throw my camera in the bag and run out the door (that's it, nothing else in it). If I'm heading out for a while, I'll bring my backpack and in there, I have my lenses, a lens cleaning cloth, lens caps, tripod adapter, case for my UV filters incase I want to take them off (haven't taken them off in a while), pen & note pad in a seperate compartment incase the pen leaks or explodes. Soon there should be a 17-40L or possibly a 70-200 f4L and a 420ex or 550ex. Man I wish I could just win the lottery.

Too much stuff to mention, besides if it gets opened it explodes all over the place like one of those gag cans that the spring snake jumps out of...

I have enough "extra" room for exactly one band-aid.

I have been prompted to clean out my bag - has anyone else?
Only thing now is that I am afraid when I go out that I will not have what I need.....rghhh

Hi! Mine name is Kadi and I have a "stuff" problem. Can I join this group?

I use my camera bag as my "bag"...purse and photo equipment...I carry it everywhere with me, yes even the grocery. All I keep in it are the "essentials"...well, and maybe some just-in-cases. Don't worry about the band-aid, Telehubbie, I'm sure I can find one for you.

O.k. how many of you think you could win big bucks from Monte Hall based on what you carry? (You do remember Monte, don't you?)
