Got my 3D lens from loreo
Here is a test
Train your eyes first
Wobble pic (real big)
Give it a try

I'm intrigued by the lens. I can view the 'Give It A Try' pic OK, but in reverse (inside-out). There are two methods of viewing these, so does the lens give you any options too?

Check out this thread.

Actually the lens takes "parallel" pictures, I switched the L and R to make this a crosseyed one. I find crosseyed easier as you dont have to move your eyes in opposite as in parallel.

P.S. you should be like 6-12 in from your screen

Like I said, the technique is no problem but for me it's easier not to cross my eyes (less muscular effort). Most books like the Magic Eye range and stereograms use the technique I adopt for that reason. It's always best to upload both versions if you want everyone to see it properly.

How much did the lens cost - any links to other shots?
Edit: skylen - I agree - this method is more calming and one can view for much longer

I can't the dog image work for me. But I have trouble using the crosseyed technique, I find viewing stereo images with the 'looking through' method much more natural, you just have to relax your eyes and look as if looking at a great distance, so they both look straight ahead, not inward.

These shots are nice and crisp - impressive quality. What will you be using it for?

Should have had a disclaimer on the images:

Caution:
Wearing bifocals and viewing these pictures
may cause one to feel stoned or fall down.

I tried the test thingy and proved to be somewhat difficult with my contacts...gas permeable lenses aren't very flexable.

Try the parallel images he posted. You just look straight ahead, as if you were looking into the distance, so each eye looks straight, the right eye then sees the right-hand image, the left eye sees the left-hand image.

It should work fine, you're not doing anything out of the ordinary with your eyes in this case.

You mind taking a picture of this lens and/or telling me that make/number of it please.

Yes. Gil P has asked nicely. I have asked nicely. Failure to comply and deliver the requested information will result in harm to yourself, friends or family. Sorry, but you did post something interesting but we're becoming impatient.

Wow, that lens is too cool!

A trick I use to see in parallel is to make a vertical wall between my eyes with my hands. I find it makes it much easier for each eye to zero in on the proper image. I used to do the same thing with stereo airphotos when I was slogging through the bush on exploration programmes.

Thanks for the fun RebAl

Should have kept quiet about getting it and entered a shot in a challenge just for shits & giggles.
"This photo has been validated" - voters eyes pop open!
