nice work Pitsaman...do you do a lot of post processing?

Landscape photography goes right over my head.

I have watched your work for a couple of years now and always had one or two in my favorites list. Your work was very good to start with but these images are outstanding!

I am now curious what has changed in your approach to photography?

Do you see things differently?
Do you have the same vision but understand the tools better?
Did you change tools?

Looks to me like most of the 'improvment' in your photography over time is from better camera equipment and better understanding of your post processing tools. The talent, of course, has always been there.

Your new profile picture is very flattering... you handsome devil! :)

Each one of those photos is exceptional. Got any tips on how you do landscapes so well?

Beautiful! I plan on crusiing through that area this fall. If I get even half as good shots I'll be thrilled. Great job.

Would be nice to see the exposure data on these if you don't mind.

Excellent shots! I particularly like 1 and 2.. the B/W processing on 2 is excellent.
And 1 is so moody... the color really helps the mood.

In last two years of doing photography one thing changed in my mind.
Instead of focusing on the subject,I started seeing the whole picture.
The most important thing is the light ,natural or artificial,I started paying more attention to the light instead of the subject.
Also every subject must have interesting foreground or background for picture to be complete.

Beautiful!! Did you happen to use any wide-angle lens in any of these? Unless you used telephoto lens, if so, which ones?
