How Much Should You Pay Models????

What are/how are they modeling?
What experience do they have?
Are these solicited strangers or known friends/associates/family members?

I was thinking about shoot stock and asking friends and family to model for me. I want to give them a fair percentage

i havent personally made it that far into photography(yet) but plan on starting this same way. family and friends will most likely do it for free just to help ya out but i dont know how they will react to u possiably making money off thier photos. maybe someone else here has a little more info to offer ya....

I don't know many models who will work for a percentage of $0.20 a download. ;) LOL
