The only one's I am counting is the people that post for themselves. I'm not counting any list of people.
UNOFFICIAL RESULTS will be posted after 12:00 AM 5/20 Server time.
Then I will go back through my DB and make sure I did not miss anyone or count anyone twice then I will post the official results with little ribbons for the winning states. lol

To make this contest/study REALLY scientific, I propose that we look at the ratio of DPC'ers PER CAPITA by state! I think that would change the landscape drastically! Since there are only about 150 people in North Dakota, our lone NDak member just may get the blue after all! (Just kidding, wink wink!) My Nebraska would surely have a shot at a ribbon, too!
