Port Dover in Canada has a biker weekend EVERY friday the 13th. The date doesn't mean bad luck but more like superstition.

The problem with using the forums to suggest topics for Speed Challenges which involve dates is that you've now put everybody on alert, and gotten them thinking about it, which defeats the purpose of this type of challenge.

You might be better off suggesting this via a PM to one of the admins.

They should post a "Friday 13th" challenge but do it tomorrow. With a speed submission entry period of just today. Just poor luck no one was able to enter it on time as the challenge was posted after submission dates.

*LOL*

What good is a forum to post Challenge suggestions if you can't use it for the purpose it was intended. So what if they are alerted! I gave them what, a day, maybe two to think about it? What a shame. Now they might have a decent idea to shoot for and we would have some great photos to vote for! Shame on me. (;

Speed challenges are generally a surprise. We don't have you to have decent ideas to shoot for ahead of time. :)

I've heard about this. As many as 100 thousand Motorcycles from all over show up. (and it started with thirteen original people) Incredible! I hope to go some day.
