ok, so I was sitting here this morning just looking at the pictures in the photos section and I have to say, all of them look about the same. sure not the same subject matter but the overall feel of every picture is the same. they fall into one of three catagories
1. Snapshot on roids
2. trying to hard to say something
3. blue ribbions

I guess mabey I'm being harsh but it seems like everybody is trying to do the same thing their own way and it's getting really boring. Maybe it's because I'm starting school and have looked at 10,000,000 photographs of flowers and such too. I don't know, does anyone else long for just the beauty in photography that we are obviously missing?

I feel your pain. I took a year off from DPChallenge when I felt that way. I've come back because I find this place inspiring again. Take a little time away...let the stresses of life mellow and you'll feel better.

One challenge entry and you are burned out? Maybe you need the opposite of a break away from this place. Maybe you need to apply yourself just a little harder to the task at hand. Do you really think you are in a position to be so critical of other peoples images?
