We're switching some stuff around on the site (namely the way URLs are called for some of the sections on the site). There are bound to be a lot of broken links over the next day or so, so if you catch them before we do, please just post them here or contact us using the help menu. Thanks for your help!

I've submitted my first challenge entry. I can see the image thumbnail in my Portfolio and I can edit my Image Information, but when I try to follow the link to 'View Photo Page' I get an 'Invalid Photo ID' message.

Is this because you can't see your challenge photos before submissions end, or is my entry broken?

Thanks in advance

Don't worry, it's just because you can't see your challenge photos before the end of the challenge :)

Phew! I wondered. That's alright then.

Thanks

I dont know whether it is just me or not, but the image icon for helpful comments is not showing up properly in my image pages next to comments.

The link to the challenge results from the challenge archives page is broken: well, at least for 'road signs revisited' it is. Haven't checked any others.

By the way guys: this site is fantastic. Not just a great idea, but so excellently executed. Thanks.

Yep, I have the same thing.

Comments have been fixed -- you may need to force refresh (ctrl+f5) to get the latest version of the script. Challenge archive links fixed. Thanks for keeping us informed -- keep them coming if you find them!

Not so much a broken page, but what have you done to the forum preview? :-/
Before you could take your time composing your post, then preview it to see if anyone else had posted since you started and adjust as necessary.

Am I the only one who thinks the old way was perfect?

I just added a comment to a photo in the past challenge and when I wanted to edit the comment I get a 404 error. Namely it's this link:
//www.dpchallenge.com/\image.php?IMAGE_ID=15966&action=edit&FORUM_POST_ID=250727#post

Btw.: Thanks for continuously improving this site! :)

I tried to preview a message post on the following page, and it popped up the preview window, but loaded the home page within that small window.

//www.dpchallenge.com/image.php/i/15956

After posting the message, it went to the same image page, but different URL with a querystring in it. The Preview button worked in that case...

I must say you guys are doing a great job with this site! I write computer software, and know how complicated this site is. Its a credit to you that it all works so well!

Andrew

P.S. Tried the preview button on this page and it works. Seems the preview button problem is only on the new URL format pages (ie. with no querystring)

Here's an odd one: when, after I've finished voting, I hover the mouse over the comment icon, the text that pops up puts a \ before every '

Or is that my machine?

My statistics don't seem to be updating properly. They currently show me to have entered 0 challenges (I've entered 2, one of which has had results posted) and it says I've cast 63 votes when I know I've cast several hundred. My average vote cast is wrong too.

Do these numbers take a while to update or is there some broken code somewhere?

It's been doing this for weeks - this is one I have reported before - I think at the time of the switch to "DPC2"
