I have seen some great usernames on this site and thought we should share why we each chose our name.

Not to put a damper on the start of this thread, but mine represents my first son, who was stillborn on March 3, 2003 at 21 weeks. His name was Ryan Michael Thomas Muir, thus RMTM333.

Our second son is due February 20, 2005. I also have a princess who will be 5 in March.

When I was in high school my friends called me Chiqui because i'm so small so it kinda stuck. I was i a long relationship with a guy that was born in 74. I started using the number for handles and passwords and stuff and it kinda stuck too even though I haven't seen him in about 4 years.

June

Edit: For clarification, chiquita means "small girl" in Spanish.

No. I am not a doctor on the 12 step program! I have Ph.D. and am also a certified rescue scuba diver with a lot of underwater time. My students tagged me with it some twelve years ago when I was still teaching. They said when I was diving I was in . . .

"kirbic" is a distortion of "kirby" which in turn is a reference to my mode of eating. I've used it online since the early '90s, back when going online generally meant connecting to a local BBS @2400 baud. I'll answer to it just as quickly as I will to my given name.

Well, if I'm a vacuum, at least I'm a classy vacuum, LOL.

You must be about the same age as my husband. He is also a mechanic (4th generation) and was born in 55. Small world.

Oh yeah . . My username is pretty unimaginative as well. :)

Simply put, it basically describes me.

CASUAL
a. Being without ceremony or formality; relaxed: a casual evening with friends.
b. Suited for everyday wear or use; informal.

GUY
a. Informal; a man

I used to work with sea turtles. My favourite flavour were the Flatbacks, Natator depressus ... and that is where my name came from.

It started out as Chelonia (Chelonia Mydas being the Green turtle) but that sounded too gurly so I changed it ;)
