Hi Guys, thanks for the votes and comments on my Hidden Faces submission.

I appreciate the comments and yes, I had considered rotating the image thru 180 degrees, but wanted people to see it as I did when I found the face. Anyway, here it is rotated and I don't think it works quite as well.

Rotated 180

This was the submission.

actually, i think you would have scored higher if you had submitted the rotated image. make that much higher. i gave it a 6, but probably would have scored it an 8 rotated...

I agree... I think it's much stronger when rotated...

I think the rotated version is way better. You see it without having to figure out.

I'm sure many would have felt the same way. The inverted image comes across much better and you can see the body on the left of the image with wrinkles that look almost to good to be true.

Cheers...

I gave the original a benefit-of-the-doubt "5" because it was a good image and there was probably something in there. Rotated, it would have been a 10 from me for sure. That elephant almost literally leaps out on the rotated version.

The rotated is much stronger. I'm sure it would have scored better.

I have a hidden elephant shot as well :P

I agree with everyone here - I'd have scored it much higher rotated! What a shame.

2 points higher from me easily if it were rotated. Maybe even 3. Works GREAT rotated.

Robt.

Thanks for all the replies, yes, I bow to the general concensus that I should have rotated the photo...I did consider it and decided not to.

Once again, I have messed up...must go with the gut feeling!

Can we re-run Hidden Faces so I can get it right this time, please :))
