42 is the answer provided by the computer "Deep Thought" designed by the hyper-intelligent pan dimensional beings referred to in the book " The Ultimate Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy. After a mere 7.5 millions years of computing, the computer came out with the gem: 42

Ummm, their site is practically non-existant! There's no data about pricing, the site isn't even functional. The register "link" isn't even a link yet. Did you put the right URL in?

Also, //www.pinupinoo.com/ has "No data" at Alexa.com, indicating it gets nearly ZERO traffic and therefore wont sell a single photo.

Not much use having a site that will give you $100 per photo if they never sell anything.

Perhaps I'm missing something?

Look for the Photographer link -- I found the registration process works OK -- I think you have to register first to get at some of the other info ... see this thread about that site for more detail.

They are not going to pay you $100 for a photo -- they will pay you a (graduated) percentage of the price they charge the client/designer, which could be tens to hundreds of dollars, depending on the type of use and license granted.

The site is not "live" yet -- I think it said they plan to start trying to sell photos in January ... they need to amass a substantial library of images before they offer any for sale.

my shutterstock gallery has been seeing quite a lot of sales as well! i didn't manage to get too much stuff uploaded right away, but now i see it's selling a lot. so either they're marketing well, or have a real good audience or something. At any rate, i'm working on getting more of my stuff uploaded there, as it's already raking in some change for me ;)

My number was 29, Nico_Blue takes the cake with a guess of 28.
Thank you all for playing, pickup your parting gifts on the way out, and have a great day.

Now that the game is over.. How do I register under someone elses name so they can be my ref. I click on the link but it just takes me to a login page.
Does it save a cookie and know how I got there? or is it after you hit I AGREE on the terms page it will ask you? I dont want to go to far and not be able to use nico as a ref.

It saves a cookie and knows how you got there...

So as long as you go through that persons link the referer 0.03c will be credited to them.

Good luck there! The stats page is almost as adictive as the update button here.
