Like several other members here, I've had my work for sale at FineArtAmerica for a number of years. When you join, you actually get three sites in one . . . or something like that - a FineArtAmerica address, a Pixels address, and your own address. I've also encouraged Mark Wiley to join (I have relatively little Chicago work but it does relatively well so I feel there's a niche market there). Recently he did so.

Problem is it's up to the member to promote his own website and that's an uncomfortable thing for most of us to do. So . . . I'm going to promote his for him here :)

Please visit when you have time - a few minutes, 15 minutes, longer - and click through to individual pictures that catch your eye. Just looking at a page of thumbnails doesn't do anything . . . you have to click all the way through and then spend at least a few seconds looking. BUT that kind of activity can be immensely helpful in terms of bumping his site in the internal search.

Mark's site

There you go! Enjoy! He's done a great job with his key words and descriptions and that's a huge amount of work. In fact it's very tempting to skip it and just throw images up, but that's counter-productive in the long run. So show our friend a little love, won't you?

Absolutely incredible photography, well done, Mark, and thanks Nikki for talking him into it. Even if it is very difficult these days to sell any photos, it is great to have this great portfolio being put together for everyone to admire :)

Glad you enjoyed it, Margaret.

Any action yet, Mark?

So very beautiful, creative and inspirational. Why wouldn't people purchase and cherish these photographs? I hope you find a way to offer these around to a willing audience. Word of mouth is powerful.
And thank you Nikki for bringing Mark's stunning images up to admire and uplift.
Best of luck, Mark.

Thanks very much for the kind support. It means a lot to me. There has already been a nice spike in views.

Hmm....

I thought I was going to read about Mark being in trouble for flying his drone somewhere he shouldn't.

I just knew that FAA stood for Federal Aviation Administration and they take a very dim view of flying drones some places.

Carry on!

One more bump for anyone who may have missed this.
