That was interesting. I find it hard to believe that the first digital photo of a president wasn't until 2009. Perhaps they meant the first presidential portrait?

Well, that was an unexpected diversion, LOL. I was remotely aware of the back-story, but it had long ago been purged from working memory... long before the advent of subscription music services, that is. On a whim I searched my service-of-choice (Tidal) for them, and to my surprise, there was their album, Collider, to which I am at the moment listening. I blame you for any emotional trauma thus induced, Don.

Guilty as charged!

Listening to the song Surfing on the Web.

Keep in mind, this song was released the year *before* the Web was made available to the public royalty free. There were only about 50 web sites in existence.

But already we have a song about "Surfing" on the Web, and already there is provocative innuendo about "I'll open my windows to you" and "Baby, I'll hyperlink to you." Hilarious.

Yeh, I had to listen carefully to confirm they were really singing about "80 megabytes of computer games" which in 1992 would have been a moderately sized hard drive full, LOL.

I used Mosaic (the first WWW graphical browser) in August 1993, in 1995 I published my first personal Website, those were the days! In April this year World Wide Web will be 30 years old! :)
