Anyone else have a 'gray' FB business account?? If so did you transfer your account to the new metaverse or not. I didn't get around to, but mainly bc FB assured me that if I didn't do so they would perform this task by the 15th Nov, well that date has come and gone and I can't even login to my account - anyone else have this problem??

This is the error message I receive from FB.

This account should no longer be used on desktop
This Facebook account is a gray account. We are ending support for gray accounts on desktop.
Gray accounts were used in the past to manage Pages and run ads without a personal account, but they do not have access to the same security features as standard Facebook accounts. For your security and privacy, you should use a standard Facebook account instead.
If you manage any Pages or groups, you should add a standard Facebook account as an admin if there isn't one already in order to maintain access.
Learn more about managing Page roles, learn more about making someone a group admin.

I have given up trying to understand why FB does *anything* that they do.

They are useless, incompetent and petty.

And there is *NO* such thing as customer service.

I guess they operate on the premise that since they don't charge us, they'll do any damn thing they want.

That's the explanation I use to live with their garbage.
