After seeing what others did with this challenge I'm starting to think I should have used colour though.

Outtake. The rain is home made ;-) Shot with a 50 mm lens with aperture wide open (F1.2), so shallow depth of field.

This article gets to some good info/examples of the effects of using color filters.

The idea (as I saw it) was to simulate what you'd get using a color filter shooting a film image.
