Submission was

to execute the shot, I had following:

1. a plastic medicine cup
2. Black duck tape
3. 3mm fiber optic cable
4. A flashlight/torch
5. a bulb with micro led light inside connected with LR44 battery

First I made a hole at the bottom of the medicine cup, next I wrapped the cup around with black duck tape to make sure no light exposes. Then I put the fiber optic cable inside that hole, covered the fiber optic cable with the same black duck tape except the tip part of the fiber optic. Next I put a flashlight/touch inside the cup, turn on the micro led lights inside the bulb and then rotate around the fiber optic cable to get the shot.

Simple, right? :D

I didn't want to spend a lot of money on those full blow product with fiber optics and colors and all those all I can do now by just placing different color gels over the flashlight/torch and have fiber optics cable lit on top :)

A short video of the execution- of course this video is day time but execution was nighttime :)

I have theory for this that this live photo feed connected with one camera zoomed into the person and second one was wide angle (that is what was submitted) and photograph was taken.
