Come on folks, this was an easy one to make a punny thread title for.
Low 6's for me. Not unhappy as I was expecting to struggle to hold a mid to high 5 for this. |

5.67 for me so far. In line with my prior entries of comparable quality.
Could've been 0.2 higher, I think, had I not made a rookie mistake on it.

I think that with a score of 5.9 so far, the voter saw exactly what you saw. Nowadays 5.9 is similar to 6.9 |

| I think the voters are tougher on the archival challenges, perhaps because we have years of photos to choose from. |

Still dropping. First 30 voters thought it was worthy of 6.9, next 21 less than 6.3. Didn't expect such a huge drop after the very high early scores.

I always expect it. Early voting has some wide swings and the early voters usually love it or hate it. Rarely are the early votes close to where it ends up for me. |

Started in the 5.75 range, rocketed up to 6.3ish, crashed down to and now hovering just barely over 6. It could go either way.
Finished voting with an average vote cast of 6.0000. |

Finished voting over here as well. If my average cast is normally in the 6.0 to 6.5 range, I feel like I'm being consistent and fair in my votes.

My average vote cast was way lower than my average. I had a really hard time voting this one. I had problems with the description: "Make the shape of the object you're photographing the most important aspect of your photo". Too many photos that were good were more about the subject than the shape, and too many that were about the shape just weren't very interesting. :(

I had the same problem. The difficulty for this one is that everything has a shape, so it is a judgement call as to whether the shape is the most important aspect. |
