It’s a pleasure to see so many entries! Now if everyone would please vote, that would be icing on the cake!

I don't keyword individual photos, but I keep a "log" (an Excel spreadsheet in this case) where each day I note how many pictures I took, where, and the general subject matter or event. Every month I export that to a PDF which I can search.

ETA: I was able to find several possibilities from the past ten years, but ended up shooting something the last day too ... :-)

Nikki, that was my immediate reaction as I looked, but did not vote, last night.
Edited, I'd called you Nan for some reason..

Didn’t we talk years ago about getting rid of the challenge description?

It’s a hindrance IMHO.

And yeah -- I had a problem with the definition. I don't believe that it has to be unrecognizable to be abstract.

I prefer wikipedia's definition: Abstract art uses visual language of shape, form, color and line to create a composition which may exist with a degree of independence from visual references in the world

i totally agree Wendy .. the thing is .. some entries could be recognizable to some ppl and not to others .. its a shame that the challenge description said it had to be unrecognizable .. as there could have been some amazing abstract images entered .. which were recognizable .. but also very abstract .. just my three cents worth ... ;)

edit to say ... and then there are images that arent recognizable at first glance .. but become obvious the more you look .. what about them .. ??

Many wouldn't be happy with that score, but I am.

Probably could've been a 6 with better editing.

You have rated 28 of 94 images (30%) in this challenge.
You have commented on 28 images (29%) in this challenge.
You have given an average score of 6.5000.

Commented on the first 30% as delivered to me for voting. Challenge anyone else to do the same! Maybe the first 20%? Just the first 10 even.

I'll finish up voting later. It's been fun so far!

Hopefully that means it's abstract enough.

I wish it had stayed there. After vote 30 it went into freefall.
