How can photographers capture human connection in the age of coronavirus?
Amid a global pandemic that is forcing vast swathes of society to stay at home, photographers around the world consider what this means for visual storytelling.

I would love to have the opportunity to be out in an area right now to capture "human connection" during COVID-19. I think taking pictures in areas that would normally be crowded, but have very few people, can be a great time for visual storytelling. Just make sure there are things in the photo to help reference what is going on.

You could start with a trip to Russia, Chernobyl is pretty deserted right now and probably as safe. Then hit China for the big shots of the 2nd wave they're having, returning to USA in time to capture some hometown classics. :)

I think that the only places for this is the grocery store..other option is to shoot macro in your kitchen..

At home, a few photographers have turned their cameras on themselves and their families as they live through lockdowns together. Many are utilizing their specialty to search out approaches to show what life resembles, while additionally attempting to understand the circumstance or divert themselves from the real world.
