I had this image stolen from me and posted on FaceBook and it's pretty much all over town and I want it off. It came from obne source and they won't respond. I cannot find ANYWHERE on FaceBook to get in contact with someone to get it taken down.

I have sales history from my gallery so I can in fact enforce damages for copyright infringement, but it's been shared over 100 times and I want it down.

Anybody know how to get in contact with an actual human?

A situation that many of us are sadly facing. I recently became aware of this internet business and have known people to get some quite good results. They also handle the legal and the follow-up on a contingency basis. They have the team and the know how to crack through the roadblocks. Maybe take a look. Best regard and good luck! BTW, nice image!

Look for a link/page with DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act) on it -- they are supposed to have a link to a form to report violations.

If they don't, please send a note to the FTC and let them know that FB is (again) in violation.

ETA: Take a look in this thread.
