Hidden Gem - to celebrate 3,000 challenges

I think we are now up to challenge 2,941 on DPC, meaning we will soon be reaching the 3,000 milestone.

How about an archival Hidden Gem challenge to mark the 3,000th challenge?

We marked the 1,000th challenge with a special challenge.

I've been trying to find the 1000 image collage that someone (I think it was Scott) put together with all of the entries from that challenge. Anyone have a handle on that they could share?

1000 th collage Here's the thread, but as Scott isn't a member any more I don't think we can see it in his portfolio.

Ahh, a trip down memory lane. Robert

bear_music introduced me to DPC in late February 2009, and signed me up for a membership, on our first date!!.

The challenge to celebrate 1,000 challenges which came a few days later was my first entry in DPC.

And yeah, this sounds like a great idea. I appoint

salmiakki the official countdown keeper. Her job is to make sure I don't forget :-) We'll do an archival challenge for images from 2009 thru 2019, maybe?
