I think the powers-that-be don’t like me.

I live in the desert, where we don’t have clouds, people try not to spend any time (so no hotels/motels/inns) and the only place you can find foliage is on google or the DPC challenge archives...

you can always fake it. printing leaves is easy. One leaf in the desert can be nice

You MUST have walled gardens of surpassing beauty? Oases with palm trees? Acacia trees? A National Arboretum? A ficus in the living room? A national arboretum? :-)

Oases... not so much. And those walled gardens are walled to keep the likes of me out ;-)

No, but many "leafy" vegetables are ... as are the fruits of some ficus varieties (i.e. figs).

It's true there is not much green where you live, but this park seems to have some trees :)

Movember's on the way and you can't think of euphemisms for foliage.
Mustaches, beards, chest hair, pubic hair, .....

I expect Paul to submit a photo of a foliage free landscape.

I appreciate all the suggestions, but I think I should point out that this post was meant to be tongue in cheek. We definitely need some emoticons!
