In here, go low level down to close to the street/ground where you can see a Rat can be sitting/walking and watching and then take a photograph, keep in mind, Rat always walk around the corners of the street or house or trees and they don't walk in the middle of those but feel free to take a shot and give a vision!

You can see some examples in here

and Yes I believe for this, you might need a fish eye but again be a "Rat" for a day :)
