i have trouble locating a previous challenge by name ..
example i might want to find the last Improper White Balance challenge or Bokeh or whatever ..
on pc or laptop .. i'm windows .. i do the 'control f' .. and type in the name of the challenge i want in the box ..
sometimes the challenge comes up highlighted .. but not always .. i cant work out what i'm doing right when it works .. and what i'm doing wrong when it doesnt .. can anyone tell me how to navigate this option ..
also if i'm on my phone where there isnt the option to do the control f .. is there a way of searching a previous challenge by name on a phone .. i'm samsung galaxy ..
thankyou in advance .. !! .. :)

Go to the "Challenge History" page and check the box to "show all at once" (it's on the left).

Then click on the little arrow next to "Challenges" in the table header to put them in alphabetical order; it's then pretty easy to "search" manually.

Click here and will directly take you entire list

and then you can search for the challenge and it should be easy for you :)

If you have all of the challenges showing on the one "page" (my "Step 1") you should be able to scroll and find it quickly -- that's the point of alphabetizing the list ... if you don't have scroll bars then that would seem a browser-compatibility issue ...

I find it's often easier than explaining what to do. Of course, if there's a major update to the site design they may all become useless ...

FWIW, in Windows you can first go to the aforementioned "show all" history page then hit cntrl-F to open a windows search and type the challenge you want to find :-) That's how I do it. DPC's own search function is long since kaput :-)

thats how i was previously doing it before you educated me about the alphabetical order ..
but when i cntrl-f and type in the challenge i want to find .. sometimes it worked and other times it didnt ..
and i'd selected 'show all' .. ticked all the boxes and clicked on 'filter' ..
anyway .. it flummoxed me !! .. why it worked sometimes and sometimes not .. :)
